Salud Family Health presents its inaugural Drives for Patient Access Golf Outing on September 8th, 2025, at Coyote Creek Golf Club in Fort Lupton.

 

  Register now for the opportunity to win a 2025 Ford Bronco with a Hole in One.  Fire your golf ball from a cannon to reach the green on a Par 5.  Closest to the pin, closest to the center of the fairway and 15-foot holes.

Our special golf ambassador is Denver Bronco’s 2024 Hall of Fame inductee Randy Gradishar.  He will be taking pictures and signing autographs throughout the morning.  There will be lots of prizes for raffle including a Bronco’s Gradishar jersey autographed on sight!
